Hello Everyone and Happy Harvest 2019!
I am writing this while awaiting 11 tons of grapes, so this email will be straight to the point!
The 2018 French Creek Mourvèdre “Sans Soufre” might be my favorite release yet from Devium. It is a wine that defies expectations, preconceptions and description. This wine is a child running barefoot in the woods, a dog leaping into a lake, the scratch of brambles as you harvest wild blackberries, it is pure joy, a bit wild and 100% delicious. I love everything about it. This is the perfect wine for your holiday table, it is low in alcohol, vibrant, and pairs well with anything you could care to eat.
I have made the decision to change how I sell the Devium Wines. As I continue to make more wine and have more wines available to sell at a time, I have decided that the system of requiring people to order 3, 6 or 12 bottles isn’t the best way to move forward. To that end, I am allowing orders of any quantity and offering a 10% discount on case purchases. There is still some of the 2017 French Creek Red available, as well as magnums, so mix and match however you wish. Also, magnums will ship for free when ordered with 750’s.
2018 French Creek Vineyard Mourvèdre “Sans Soufre” - $34.00 (10% discount on 12+)
2017 French Creek Vineyard Red Wine - $34.00 (10% discount on 12+)
2017 French Creek Vineyard Red Wine Magnums - $75.00 (10% discount on 12+)
These wines are available for pick up in either Sleight of Hand Tasting Room location (Walla Walla or Seattle) immediately. Shipping orders will go out the door right away as well, weather dependent.
Thank you all for your continued interest and support. Please don’t hesitate to contact me, keith@sofhcellars.com, 541-310-0317 if you have any questions, want to make an appointment, or if you need anything at all!
Finally, a reminder that I will be pouring these two wines (and probably a few other fun things) during Fall Release weekend in Walla Walla on Saturday, November 2nd from 4:00PM – 6:00PM in the winery at Sleight of Hand Cellars. I hope to see many of you there!
Cheers,
Keith
